- You will be part of a dynamic team that provides legal counsel and support to various functions within the organization.
- Manage legal documentation and contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and archiving contracts.
- Ensure effective contract management and use of the latest global templates.
- Carry out internal controls to ensure the application of processes and procedures.
- Review and assess regularly the established Business Ethics internal controls.
- Implement new approaches and standards as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Analyze the implications of industry, regulatory, and other external factors and provide input.
- Advise employees and resolve their queries on legal and compliance issues.
- Conduct workshops and trainings as and when required.
- Advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Provide support for Business Ethics (BE) Group Internal Audit (GIA) and closure of findings.
- Ensure Data protection and Human Rights compliance and advise on the same.
- Ensure timely statutory filings as per legal requirements.
- Process documents for renewal of licenses and update on FCRA & other regulations.
- Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance.
- Monitor, track, and update changes in statutory regulations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Analysis, Contract Management.
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
