Responsibilities
  • Manage legal documentation and contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and archiving contracts.
  • Ensure effective contract management and use of the latest global templates.
  • Carry out internal controls to ensure the application of processes and procedures.
  • Review and assess regularly the established Business Ethics internal controls.
  • Implement new approaches and standards as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
  • Analyze the implications of industry, regulatory, and other external factors and provide input.
  • Advise employees and resolve their queries on legal and compliance issues.
  • Conduct workshops and trainings as and when required.
  • Advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for Business Ethics (BE) Group Internal Audit (GIA) and closure of findings.
  • Ensure Data protection and Human Rights compliance and advise on the same.
  • Ensure timely statutory filings as per legal requirements.
  • Process documents for renewal of licenses and update on FCRA & other regulations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance.
  • Monitor, track, and update changes in statutory regulations.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Analysis, Contract Management.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
