Job Title: Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier Consultant

Role Overview

This is a challenging role that involves the implementation, configuration, and customization of Primavera P6 and Unifier. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, including Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Definition of project templates, schedules, global codes, resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost code users, user roles, project and global privileges, and different views for users.
  • WBS Management: Creation and updating of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels and actuals scheduling, controlling, and monitoring status periodically.
  • Cost Management: Experience in Cost Management, EVM, Contract, Cash flow, Drawing, Inspection, Quality, Risk, Claim, Payment, Application, User Administrator, Management, and modules.
  • Project Delivery: Conducting requirement gathering, business blueprint meetings, UAT meetings, and training on Primavera P6 EPPM implemented modules.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 web services and APIs, backend database table structure to fetch reports data, and complex SQL queries.
  • System Enhancements: Designing and testing enhancements to Primavera P6 and Primavera, primarily developing additional UDR and custom reports with BI Publisher and carrying out enhancements.
  • Change Management: Knowledge of general Change Management and Supply Chain Process.
  • P6 Mobility: Preparing EPC project schedules and understanding of P6 Mobility.
  • Reporting: Generating application-wise reports in the form of tables, bars, pie charts, trend lines, etc.
Requirements
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Experience in Cost Management, EVM, Contract, Cash flow, Drawing, Inspection, Quality, Risk, Claim, Payment, Application, User Administrator, Management, and modules.
  • Good understanding of Primavera P6 web services and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
