Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Leader

  • Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to spearhead our business solutions.
  • This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
  • Expertise in COPILOT based scenarios implementation/POC execution is preferred.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to co-create solutions that meet business needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful solution implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape.
