About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing our influencer marketing strategies across various platforms.

Your key objectives will include discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance. You will work closely with our social media, content, and performance marketing teams to amplify our content and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach:
  • Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Manage and update influencer databases regularly.
Campaign Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Content & Engagement Tracking:
  • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
  • Assist in user-generated content collection and approvals.
Relationship Management:
  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Ensure timely communication and basic negotiation within set parameters.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  1. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, passion for content and creators, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  3. Education: Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
