Job Description:

The Senior Technical Lead will oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. This role involves leading a high-performing team of software engineers, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of software engineers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and code quality standards to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for career development.
  • Participate in hiring processes to attract and retain top talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.
