Job Title: Reservation Agent

We are seeking a skilled Reservationist to join our organization and provide exceptional support for a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring outstanding communication skills to ensure top-notch guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with established policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
