Seeking a qualified Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation and commissioning, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Commissioning: Ensure that all equipment is installed and commissioned correctly, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide clear and concise explanations of HSI PPP benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues faced by customers at their premises, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
Education Requirements:
  • ITI Certificate: Must possess an ITI certificate, either completed or currently pursuing.
Experience Requirements:
  • 0-2 Years: Minimum 0 years to maximum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions.
  • Communication: Good communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to manage relationships and work effectively in teams.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
