2. Demonstrate the advantages of our solutions to customers and explain them clearly
3. Support customers with upgrade solutions required in Home and Security
4. Troubleshoot issues faced by customers at their premises

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Education Requirement: ITI or Pursuing ITI
Experience Requirement: 0-2 years
Skills:
• Ability to understand and explain problems along with solutions
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships and work in teams
• Customer centricity
