Job Opportunity

A Senior Visual Merchandising Manager will oversee the creative vision and direction for 12 to 15 projects per month, working closely with a team of designers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Design Direction.
  • Optimizing Productivity and Work Quality of a Team of Designers.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building.
  • Monitoring Design Performance Metrics (Customer Satisfaction).
  • Providing Design Guidance and Support to Team Members.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders on Design Decisions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Design or Equivalent.
  • Masters/Specialization in Business Administration, Design Management.
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience as a Designer/Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Delivered a Minimum of 10 Successful Visual Merchandising Projects (End-to-End Project Execution).
