Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end video production process, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional creative standards.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the full video production lifecycle from intake to filming and post-production delivery.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to align objectives and timelines.
  3. Oversee pre-production activities, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
  4. Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with quality and creative vision.
  5. Manage vendor relationships globally, including onboarding and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in video production management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions across global teams.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
