Procurement Trainer Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a seasoned Procurement Trainer, leveraging 10+ years of expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
  • Provide hands-on training in contract negotiation strategies, supplier risk assessment, and cost optimization techniques.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, case studies, and practical simulations tailored to the medical devices, automotive, and electrical industries.

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management – experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers.
  • Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) – including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and development programs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Risk Management – strong knowledge of commercial terms, SLAs, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience.
  • Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, and CIPS are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager/Lead prior to becoming a trainer.
