Job Title: HR Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies and programs in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for various roles within the organization.
  • Handle pre-joining documentation and background verification processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees into the company.
Employee Records & Compliance:
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases for accurate tracking.
  • Assist in payroll preparation with precise leave and attendance data to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies to minimize risks.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Organize engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a professional manner.
  • Support in maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management & Training:
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee growth and development.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records for future reference.
  • Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
General HR Support:
  • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.) in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and necessary documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports for management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
