Job Title: Data Analyst

Overview

Data analysts play a crucial role in supporting service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

This role involves assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation. You will be responsible for upkeeping construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis. Additionally, you will manage large amounts of data in Excel and collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
  • Upkeep construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management
  • Must understand IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
