About the Role

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Risk Analyst in NBFC or lending space.">
- Strong knowledge of unsecured personal loans and lending processes.">
- Proficient in Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis and modeling.">
- Familiarity with RBI norms, compliance standards, and digital lending practices.">
- Ability to work with limited data or proxy indicators to make informed decisions.">
