Job Title: Paid Social Analyst

We are seeking a talented Paid Social Analyst to join our team.

This role will entail managing Search & Social campaigns end to end, including setup, optimizations & reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Managing Search & Social campaigns on time, on budget, and on target.
  3. Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief.
  4. Translates business KPIs in channel KPIs.
  5. Works with Meta, Google & Bing team to troubleshoot performance related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
