Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with experience in cost control and budgeting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets, tracking actual costs versus budgets, and identifying variances and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  • Tracking actual project costs versus budgets, particularly staff time allocation and related expenses.
  • Identifying variances, trends, and potential overruns; proposing corrective actions proactively.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining real-time visibility of staff deployment across projects.
  • Collaborating with HR and project leads to track man-hours and ensure efficient resource usage.
  • Supporting project scheduling with cost-efficiency insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in cost control and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, time tracking, and resource management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/project management tools.
