Visual Designer Position

This role involves creating mockups and preparing files for decoration, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Edit artwork to product templates
  • Email customers for proof approval and handle edit requests
  • Create proof and production templates for new products
  • Troubleshoot design-related issues with files that affect production
  • Vectorize art when the provided artwork is raster
  • Develop basic photography skills
  • Multitask between different types of orders and specialty projects

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on production design
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in the Promotional Products industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Imprinting and/or Engraving is also preferred but not required
