The Art Director - Visual Production Specialist is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between project stakeholders and production teams.

Job Description

This key position involves overseeing the entire visual production process, from conceptualization to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Studio Artists, Clients, and QA personnel across different geographical locations.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members, partners, and clients at every level.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of print processes and methods, articulating their requirements and utilizing this expertise to guide internal and external partners towards achieving desired results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting, taking initiative, and working independently when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, coupled with 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist in a fast-paced studio or agency environment. Strong communication skills and a clear understanding of the English language are essential for this role.
