Key Responsibilities

The Process Associate role involves proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories, showcasing a polished professional tone during conversations with HNI/UHNI clients. The goal is to clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings, qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.

Maintaining accurate call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools is a key responsibility. Additionally, the candidate will handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can build rapport with clients and drive results through exceptional customer service and sales growth.
