Expert ERP Consultant Required

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for global clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP consulting, with a particular focus on Odoo implementations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage international Odoo ERP implementations from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement ERP strategies to meet the needs of global clients, focusing on the UK & Ireland market.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Customize Odoo as per client requirements and coordinate with the development team for technical needs.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Proven track record of handling international clients, particularly in the UK, Ireland, or EU.
  • Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales.
  • Accountancy or finance background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and community editions.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT.
  • Odoo certification (if applicable).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role in a global organization.
