Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automation testing, as well as proficiency in industry-standard tools and practices.

This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive test strategies, executing detailed test plans, and ensuring the highest quality of e-commerce applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop thorough test strategies and execute detailed test plans while monitoring quality metrics.
  • Utilize expertise in Cypress and Selenium for test automation and apply experience with bug-tracking tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
  • Apply familiarity with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and demonstrate knowledge of Linux/Unix commands.
  • Conduct thorough testing of e-commerce applications, perform strong requirements review, and develop test cases proficiently.
  • Utilize understanding of browser developer tools for effective debugging and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong expertise in Selenium or Cypress.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands.
  • Experience in testing e-commerce applications.
  • Strong requirements review skills.
  • Proficient in test case development.
  • Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in e-commerce testing.
