About the Role

  1. Actively participate in real-world electric vehicle projects, learning from and contributing to critical design and engineering activities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support EV systems and component development, testing, and optimization.
  3. Conduct research and technical analysis to drive innovation in the e-mobility space.
  4. Assist in prototyping and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of vehicle systems.
  5. Apply and uphold industry best practices, standards, and technologies in vehicle design and manufacturing.
  6. Communicate progress, insights, and ideas effectively while engaging in dynamic team discussions.
  7. Commit to project timelines and quality standards with a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Hold an M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering from premier institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
  • Graduation Timeline: Must have completed the degree with no active backlogs by June 2024.
