Project Manager Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end projects in the luxury villa and bungalow real estate sector.

This strategic position demands exceptional team management, timely execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

  • Develop project strategies and plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within project teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, and proven expertise in operations within Real Estate and Construction sectors.

Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
  • Project Strategy and Planning:
    • Lead strategy execution across various phases.
    • Address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks.
  • Financial Oversight and Efficiency:
    • Conduct regular reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies.
    • Evaluate opportunities for financial efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Oversee daily operational functions in collaboration with the Head of Operations.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within project teams.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Drive key initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.
  • People Management and Development:
    • Manage the performance of direct reports.
    • Support recruitment strategies and training development for team members.
  • Self-Management and Teamwork:
    • Maintain high personal quality and productivity standards.
    • Navigate organizational changes effectively.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management.
  • Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate and Construction sectors.
