We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our technical support team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 support for Linux-based systems and servers.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks like user management, permission handling, service restarts, and log monitoring.
  • Respond to tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems to higher teams.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures clearly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain uptime and service levels.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration or as a Linux Technical Support Analyst.
  • Strong command-line knowledge of Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Familiarity with basic networking and system tools (e.g., SSH, top, netstat, systemctl).
  • Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Basic scripting (Bash, Python) for automating routine tasks.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
