Pod Spanner Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our Pod Spanner systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for Pod Spanner systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-wide problems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Pod Spanner systems, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Pod Spanner technology and implement best practices in our systems, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in API development using Go (Golang), with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and testing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bazel, YAML, or Terraform, allowing for efficient and scalable infrastructure management.
  • Fundamental understanding of database design and schema concepts, enabling effective data modeling and optimization.
  • Solid debugging experience with logs and monitoring tools across complex systems, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimal downtime.
