Job Description
Empower Change Management Partner
To provide comprehensive change management support for large-scale, enterprise-wide projects within the department. The successful candidate will deliver day-to-day change management execution capabilities to various business units across the organization in collaboration with project sponsors and teams.
Essential Functions:
Plan for Change (Get Started Phase)
- Collaborate with sponsors to lead the change assessment and develop a tailored strategy.
- Identify key implications of change and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage Change (Align Phase)
- Work closely with project management resources to synchronize change management plans with program/project schedules.
- Create and validate stakeholder assessments with senior business leaders.
- Develop sponsorship plans and support sponsor activities to ensure successful change implementation.
- Lead the development of the initial communication strategy and facilitate the creation of the change story with project teams.
Reinforce Change – (Transition Phase & Sustain Phase)
- Partner with business leaders to design a reinforcement plan and implement corrective actions as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Attend project team meetings and participate in stakeholder, steering committee, and sponsor meetings.
- Provide weekly status reports to project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Organizational Development).
- 4-5 years of dedicated change management experience, with at least 10 years of overall relevant industry experience.
- Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Presentation and facilitation skills are required.
- Multitasking and adaptability are crucial for success.
- Certifications in Prosci or ADKAR are advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
