Job Description

Empower Change Management Partner

To provide comprehensive change management support for large-scale, enterprise-wide projects within the department. The successful candidate will deliver day-to-day change management execution capabilities to various business units across the organization in collaboration with project sponsors and teams.

Essential Functions:

Plan for Change (Get Started Phase)

  • Collaborate with sponsors to lead the change assessment and develop a tailored strategy.
  • Identify key implications of change and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Manage Change (Align Phase)

  • Work closely with project management resources to synchronize change management plans with program/project schedules.
  • Create and validate stakeholder assessments with senior business leaders.
  • Develop sponsorship plans and support sponsor activities to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Lead the development of the initial communication strategy and facilitate the creation of the change story with project teams.

Reinforce Change – (Transition Phase & Sustain Phase)

  • Partner with business leaders to design a reinforcement plan and implement corrective actions as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Attend project team meetings and participate in stakeholder, steering committee, and sponsor meetings.
  • Provide weekly status reports to project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Organizational Development).
  • 4-5 years of dedicated change management experience, with at least 10 years of overall relevant industry experience.
  • Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills are required.
  • Multitasking and adaptability are crucial for success.
  • Certifications in Prosci or ADKAR are advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:
