Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role at XpertReach will be responsible for supporting Business Performance Management activities, including tracking key deliverables, data analysis, and preparation of documents for CEO meetings and discussions. This role will also involve supporting the performance improvement program to meet Business requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under limited supervision and will be expected to keep abreast of industry trends in the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Impact on the Business / Function:
  • Monitor and track key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and critical evaluation of performance and initiatives.
  • Support in preparing review decks and sharing insights with the CEO prior to reviews.
  • Conduct environment scans, prepare competitor insights, and reports on customers as required by the CEO.
  • Prepare key notifications and indicators for CEO review and engagement.
2. Customers / Stakeholders:
  • Develop a good understanding of business and various parameters.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage relationships with various functions within the organization.
3. Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Work towards achieving team goals and deliverables.
4. Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy.
  • Automate output reports for faster TATs.
5. Observation of Internal Control:
  • Maintain and observe Company's internal control standards.
  • Implement and observe the Company's Compliance Policy, including timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business performance management, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading performance management initiatives and driving business improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to the life insurance sector.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.


Requirements
Profile Summery: The role holder should have ability to work under limited supervision. The role holder will support in Business Performance Management activities including but not limited to tracking of key deliverables, data analysis, preparation of documents for CEO for various meetings and discussions with Shareholders, media, industry body, etc. The role holder will be expected to support the performance improvement program to meet Business requirements. The role can take on many aspects – from straightforward process improvements to detailed and innovative consultancy analysis of market and business trends. In a fast moving environment, the job holder is expected to keep abreast and in some cases ahead of industry trends in the area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Impact on the Business / Function: Monitoring and tracking of key initiatives – The role holder will be responsible for monitoring critical business impacting projects and ensure timely execution of the same. Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CEO prior to the reviews. Support in environment scan (work culture/ Company operations), preparing competitor insights and reports on customers as required by CEO. Critical evaluation of the performance and initiatives and give appropriate feedback/suggestion to the respective function. Preparing key notifications and indicators for CEO review and engagement. 2. Customers / Stakeholders: Good understanding of business and various parameters. Timely liaise with various stakeholders. Relationship management with various functions within the organization. 3. Leadership & Teamwork: Work towards achieving team goals and deliverables. 4. Operational Effectiveness & Control: To ensure high levels of accuracy. To automate outputs reports for faster TATs. 5. Observation of Internal Control: Maintain and observe Company's internal control standards, implement and observe the Company's Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement the Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk and optimizing relations with regulators.
