Job Title: Operational Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to ensure seamless onboarding of clients, maintain coordination with telecom operators, and monitor messaging traffic to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams, both domestic and international.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding: Gather information and technical requirements, provision accounts, and ensure internal coordination for a smooth customer experience.
  2. Traffic Assurance: Track monthly traffic targets and break them down into weekly and daily targets to ensure timely achievement.
  3. Telco Coordination: Coordinate with telecom operators and connectivity partners for additional capacities and resolve long-pending issues.
  4. Reports & Analytics: Publish daily performance reports, analyze traffic trends, and highlight deviations for corrective action.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the efficiency of the support team.
  • Required Skills:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Hands-on experience/knowledge of CPaaS, A2P SMS, RCS with Routing.
  3. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Operations or a related role.
  4. Strong knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  5. Customer Success & Business Operations experience.
  6. Able to communicate effectively on a technical and non-technical level.
