Senior Visual Creative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Creative to collaborate with our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on multiple design concepts for visual designs and experiences with the project lead and team.
  • Conduct research relevant to the projects.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts within the team.
  • Execute all design stages from conceptualizing to final artworks.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a creative studio or agency.
  • A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to identify and address problems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Typographic literacy and proficiency.
  • Drawing skills to share concepts effectively.
  • Experience in preparing technically correct artworks.
  • Time estimation and management.
  • Collaboration with other creative disciplines.
  • Understanding production processes.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Animation skills.
  • Photo and video expertise.
  • Knowledge of brands, markets, economic, social, and cultural context.
  • Writing and language skills.
  • Proficiency in two languages.
