Job Title: Visual Creative Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital and print assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, infographics, posters, and presentations.
  • Develop engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • Work on UI/UX-related designs (basic knowledge preferred).
  • Create motion graphics, GIFs, and simple video edits (added advantage).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
