Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our data-driven team. This role will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies enabled with strong AI/ML solutions to drive innovation in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on various domains of construction, including Scheduling, Planning, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality Control, Site Management, and Financials. They will also have the opportunity to work on Computer Vision, Predictive, Gen AI & LLM related use cases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business use cases and solutionize with scalable technical solutions.
  • Analyze construction project data and develop predictive models using traditional data science methods and Generative AI.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms to improve key processes such as project execution, safety, and risk assessment.
  • Design, Lead, and Own scalable end-to-end development of predictive, ML models, from hypothesis generation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Build, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models using best-in-class techniques.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience with at least 6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Tech Requirements

You will need expertise in:

  • Programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Machine learning, AI & Statistics frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Predictive analytics, clustering, classification, regression, and multi-variate techniques.
