Job Title:

Strategic Business Consultant

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for subject matter expertise in payment domain with 14 years of experience.

This role involves creating and gathering requirements, supporting delivery teams for all delivery activities, identifying opportunities, and being able to do hands-on work on the GPP SP platform.

Key responsibilities include developing automation tools, interacting with various teams, and ensuring timely and quality deliveries of assigned tasks.

The Senior Business Analyst will also participate in change management activities, including timeline planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

They will track and document progress, manage status reporting, and assist in the implementation of solutions.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience of leading an engineering team, and problem-solving skills with an ability to come up with feasible alternatives and optimal design solutions.

Additionally, they should have hands-on experience of SQL, knowledge of multiple clearing systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with GPP product or similar product
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of leading an engineering team and ability to drive high-performance team culture
  • Problem-solving skills with an ability to come up with feasible alternatives and optimal design solutions
