Senior Statistician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality statistical expertise and support to various teams. This includes collaborating with biostatisticians, statistical programmers, clinical data managers, and sponsors to ensure the accuracy of final statistical deliverables.

The role involves performing quality control (QC) of data displays with inferential statistics, conducting QC analysis on datasets prepared by others, and maintaining project administration files. Additionally, the Senior Statistician will participate in cross-functional study-related activities and team meetings, perform sample size calculations as needed, and author or review statistical analysis plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in statistics or a related field with 6+ years of industry experience as a statistician
• PhD degree with 3+ years of postgraduate experience in biostatistics or equivalent
• Solid statistics background, training in advanced statistical methodologies, and working knowledge of SAS programming skills
• Good understanding of drug development and experiences with clinical trial data analyses/preparation for submissions, as well as knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
