Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists to develop advanced models addressing complex business problems.

Apply machine learning expertise in natural language processing, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

Create predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.

Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning).

Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.

Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
