
Area Sales Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing new distributors/dealers in a designated territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Dealer Network Creation: Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers in the assigned territory to expand our reach and increase sales.
- Travel: Regularly travel to the assigned territory to meet with dealers, address their concerns, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales or dealership of paints, hardware, or waterproofing products.
- Strong business and technical mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in managing channel partners and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
