Job Title: International Marketing Leader

About Our Role:

We are seeking a seasoned International Marketing Leader to spearhead our Branded Generics (BGx) expansion across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a product management expert with a strong background in pharma and international marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to products/countries, collaborating closely with country managers, sales teams, regulatory, and medical teams.
  • Design and implement effective brand strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging market analysis and competitor benchmarking insights.
  • Drive growth by launching new products and optimizing existing portfolios through data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prepare promotional and training materials, ensuring seamless execution in local markets.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 7-10 years of Product Management experience in Pharma, preferably with BGx international exposure.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical skills, and the ability to drive execution focus.
  • Strong understanding of emerging market dynamics, entrepreneurial environments, and high-growth markets.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced settings, ready to travel internationally as required.
