Project Planning and Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning and Estimation Engineer to join our team in Vapi/Silvassa.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking high-rise residential projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in estimation, cost management, and risk identification will help us deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Align drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors with schedule baselines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for execution readiness.
  • Share approved schedules with site teams and verify actual progress through site visits and lead/lag analysis.
  • Monitor daily site activities using master bar charts and track drawing receipts, material requests.
  • Prepare monthly progress and costing reports and support estimation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and assist in manpower planning.
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations.
  • Monitor project budgets and update forecasts based on scope changes.
  • Collaborate with design, execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.

Requirements:

  • B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
