Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP project engineer to lead the design and planning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive designs for MEP systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and water distribution.
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.
  • Ensure all systems meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in high-rise building, residential building, or township projects.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
  • Strong project management skills to manage project timelines and resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.
