About the Role

The Americas Regional Payroll Manager at Skuad will oversee end-to-end payroll operations for the Americas region, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive timely processing of employee payroll payments through suitable channels, including monthly and semi-monthly schedules.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish processes, review payrolls, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Vendor Coordination and Reconciliation:

  • Maintain timely and accurate statutory dues, taxes, and social security contributions.

Employee/Client/Internal Team Support:

  • Partner with the Finance team to resolve payment reconciliations and fund bookings for employee consultant payments.
  • Address employee and client queries in accordance with established SLA guidelines.
  • Foster a supportive environment by providing necessary knowledge to CSM/Sales/Finance teams for BAU activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of payroll processes, tax practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Possess 9-11 years of experience in payroll delivery with a strong focus on transitions and entity setup across global markets.
  • Developed ability to engage and collaborate with regulatory bodies, multiple vendors, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to convey important messages clearly and persuasively.
  • A go-getter attitude with extreme ownership and accountability.
