This Supply Chain Associate role is designed for a professional in the Pharma Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant management of materials within the supply chain, with a strong focus on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management System (QMS) activities, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP and safety practices at all times.
  • Promote effective implementation of Departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Enhance QMS activities as per requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of environmental conditions in the warehouse and perform daily monitoring.
  • Manage stock records and conduct monthly stock verification to ensure accuracy.
  • Update logbooks and records as per SOP guidelines.
  • Guarantee 100% compliance in QMS and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) by following SOPs.
  • Implement proper segregation of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) with accurate labeling.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dispensing booth and sampling area.
  • Handle inward/in-process operations for multiple shifts, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN), invoice maintenance, and material inwarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in SAP, Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) Modules.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to cGMP and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in QMS activities and documentation.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
  • Able to manage inward/in-process operations effectively.
