Windows Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Windows Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via chat, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering exceptional support experiences.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will enable you to diagnose and resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • You will create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while interacting with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree is necessary, with a Degree Certificate and Consolidated Marksheet being mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries is crucial.
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude, with a customer-first mindset, is vital.
