Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Process Manager. This role requires strong technical skills in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • B2B Integration: The selected individual should have a deep understanding of customer onboarding processes, including hands-on experience with B2B profile setup and deployment.
  • e-Procurement Platforms: Knowledge of at least one platform, such as SAP, Ariba, or Oracle is required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary for effective coordination with clients via conference calls and emails.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Weekly reporting dashboards and preparation of decks for leadership meetings are key responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with webMethods and PowerBI is mandatory.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
