About the Role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Success:
    • Collaborate with customers to define their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and launch successful email and outreach campaigns.
    • Track campaign KPIs (reply rates, open rates, connection requests, and conversions), providing actionable insights to improve results.
    • Advise customers on refining outreach messaging, cadence, and personalization strategies for email and outreach campaigns.
    • Build long-lasting relationships with customers by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their success.
  • Email & Outreach Execution:
    • Craft, optimize, and execute email and outreach campaigns for clients and internal growth experiments.
    • Leverage AI and data-driven insights to create hyper-personalized, segmented outreach that drives engagement.
    • Regularly test subject lines, messaging, and outreach cadences, sharing learnings with the team and customers.
    • Become a power user of Dexy's AI platform, demonstrating its value in creating and scaling outbound campaigns.
  • Founder's Office Strategic Projects:
    • Work closely with founders on key growth projects, including entering new markets, crafting playbooks, and scaling customer accounts.
    • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance features, particularly for email and outreach campaign optimization.
    • Test and validate innovative outreach strategies to stay ahead in outbound lead generation.
