UI/UX Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in user-centered design principles, innovative technologies, and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research methodologies to inform design decisions and create engaging user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into existing products and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Expertise in creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
