This role is for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day insights and support for our Services delivery.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the SASP team to keep records up to date, forecast accurately, and provide Services delivery governance ensuring operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Delve into understanding SailPoint's offerings, organizational structure, and team dynamics.
- Take full ownership of administrative tasks and perform these independently.
- Builf and maintain strong relationships within and outside of the team.
- Proven ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain project/ program momentum.
- Experience working with external stakeholders, for example communicating via email or CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts to meet all deadlines.
- Exposure to Customer Success Delivery and Operations in both large and small companies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
