Oracle Finance Analyst

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle EBS, a deep understanding of client business processes, and excellent analytical skills.

  • Collaborate with technical architects to identify solutions for process gaps;
  • Support users by resolving issues and managing feature backlogs;
  • Ensure timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The selected professional will be responsible for:

  1. Participating or leading requirement studies in detail;
  2. Preparing detailed As-Is process documents and obtaining sign-off from clients;
  3. MAPPING requirements to Application Process;
  4. Preparing BP080 Documents (Mapping of As-Is process to To-Be Process) and obtaining sign-off from clients;
  5. Setting up Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environments;
  6. Conducting testing, including unit testing and integration testing, as well as preparing test scripts;
  7. Developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals;
  8. Testing customizations, including Forms, Interfaces, and Reports;
  9. Setting up User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments;
  10. Assisting users during UAT and resolving UAT issues;
  11. Setting up production instances;
  12. Assisting developers with data migration;
  13. Providing post-live support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance;
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance modules, particularly R12;
  • Experience with GL/AP/AR and FA implementations, as well as India GST and EBTAX is desirable;
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementation experiences in R12;
  • Strong accounting knowledge;
  • Good experience with migrations;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across time zones;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure;
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience.
