Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our team as a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL) including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases features, and best practices particularly in the FSL domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning and its associated technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
