Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LiveOps processes and be able to work independently in night shifts.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms. This includes testing configured Live Events, validating integrated assets, and triaging live issues requiring dev fixes.

In addition, the QA Analyst will participate in feature sprint cycles, track progress via test planning and execution, and write and maintain test plans and test cases in Xray.

The role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly. Experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.) is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).
