Job Title: QA Automation Specialist - Lead

We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation professional to lead our testing efforts across the full product suite.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of automation strategy, ensuring scalable and maintainable test architecture. They will drive best practices, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality coverage across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve automation frameworks to meet business needs.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers through code reviews, training sessions, and leadership in quality culture.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing efforts with release goals.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security layers.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Python programming language and strong background in building and scaling automation frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Playwright (Python) including framework enhancements and parallel execution.
  • Strong experience with Postman, API testing, contract testing, and service mocking.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and containerization.
  • Leadership skills, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
