Job Title: Space Planner

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Category Alignment Space Management Analyst to serve as the liaison between merchant and field organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to create planograms using JDA/Blue Yonder software and space management systems, interpreting and presenting the 'why' behind decisions, capturing the vision and visual merchandising strategy of our merchant partners, and developing clear, concise playbooks to communicate merchandising strategy and category specific details.

The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding in the application of JDA/Blue Yonder software, Microsoft Office Suite, including Golden queries, required to build and maintain most common planograms. Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills for technical and business issues are essential. Prioritizing optimal assortment and/or shelving information to support the goals of our clients, customers, and company is also crucial.

A strong merchandising and planogram development skills with the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to analyze and interpret data in developing a customer-centric approach to assigned merchandise categories, and facilitate ad-hoc requests. They will also support process improvement efforts to optimize workflow efficiencies.
